International Newborn Insurance FAQ
-
Yes. The initial family consultation is complimentary and confidential. We begin by learning about your pregnancy journey and planned place of delivery before discussing potentially suitable options.
-
Whenever possible, we recommend contacting us between 12 and 28 weeks of pregnancy. Starting the conversation earlier allows more time to understand your circumstances and explore available options.
-
Please share whether embryo transfer has taken place, if applicable; whether the pregnancy is singleton or twins; the planned country and hospital of delivery; and the estimated due date, if available. Additional information may be requested depending on your circumstances.
-
We welcome families with singleton or twin pregnancies, including IVF, surrogacy and pregnancies conceived without assisted reproduction. Each case is reviewed individually.
-
We work with families planning hospital care in different countries and can discuss solutions designed to provide hospital coverage internationally. Availability, geographic scope, eligibility, benefits, exclusions and claims are governed by the relevant policy terms and underwriting.
-
We normally respond within one to two business days.
-
Any current or previous pregnancy complication, abnormal prenatal finding, ongoing treatment or other medical concern must be reviewed privately. We may request additional information before determining whether an option can be considered.
-
Every pregnancy and family-building journey is different. Suitable options may depend on pregnancy stage, singleton or twin status, medical history, intended country and hospital of delivery, eligibility and underwriting. We therefore discuss plan details after a private assessment rather than presenting a one-size-fits-all online catalogue.
